The Twilight Residence, designed by Hsin-Hung Wu, is a captivating example of interior design that draws inspiration from nature. This stunning residence features a unique blend of elegance and tranquility, creating a space that is both visually appealing and functional.

One of the standout features of the Twilight Residence is the way natural light is utilized throughout the space. Large windows allow sunlight and moonlight to filter into the halls, creating a noble yet elegant atmosphere. The study room, designed with privacy in mind, can be opened up to become a space for family activities, further enhancing the versatility of the design.

The design of the walls and tables in the Twilight Residence incorporates symbols of the sky and earth, adding a touch of Eastern culture to the space. Round windows artistically express the aesthetic of the moon, adding a sense of serenity and harmony to the overall design.

With a total area of 180 square meters, the Twilight Residence is a spacious and well-thought-out living space. The use of exposed concrete walls along the corridor not only adds a touch of simplicity but also cleverly incorporates storage spaces, making the design both practical and visually appealing.

The Twilight Residence is located in Hsinchu County, Taiwan, and was completed in November 2016. Throughout the design process, the challenge of capturing the essence of autumn was overcome by incorporating grey walls and warm tones of orange, red, and yellow, symbolizing the seasonal transition.

Recognized for its exceptional design, the Twilight Residence was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2018 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate innovation, practicality, and adherence to professional and industrial standards.
